As part of the development of its international activities, Bernard-Massard is looking for an Export Administrative Coordinator to ensure the daily follow-up of its customers and partners abroad.
Reporting to the Sales Administration department, you will play a key role as a link between our export customers, production, logistics, and the various internal departments of the company.
Your responsibilities
– Receiving, checking, and entering orders
– Daily follow-up of export customers
– Coordination with production and logistics teams
– Organization of collections and transport arrangements
– Preparation and monitoring of transport and customs documents
– Tracking deliveries and handling any potential claims
– Updating customer data, price lists, and commercial conditions
Your profile
– Proven experience in sales administration, international logistics, or export operations
– Good knowledge of customs procedures and export documentation
– Excellent command of French and English; German is an asset
– Good IT skills and ideally experience with an ERP system
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, responsiveness, and customer service orientation
– Experience in the wine, beverage, or food industry is considered an advantage

Reporting directly to the Head of Welcome and Events Service
Would you like to join an iconic name in Luxembourg wine and become part of a young, dynamic, and welcoming team? As part of the continued growth of our activities, Bernard-Massard is looking for a versatile team member to strengthen its wine tourism and events department.
Main Responsibilities:
– Actively participate in the smooth operation of the wine shop (customer reception, advice, cash handling, organization)
– Welcome, supervise, and guide visitors on guided tours in the cellars
– Assist the service team during evenings and events in our cellars
– Attend tastings in the tasting room
– Continuously provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
Qualifications:
– Graduate of a hotel school or equivalent
– Organizational skills and previous experience in a similar field
– Flexibility in working days and hours
– Knowledge of wine and common computer tools
– Diligent, punctual, and reliable
– Physical work capabilities and ability to work in a team
– Good command of languages: French, German, English, Luxembourgish; Dutch is an asset
