How do I redeem my voucher?

A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order. Depending on the selected payment method, you will receive your code either immediately after your order or after receipt of payment. Copy this code and paste it into the field provided during your next order on the online shop, or specify the code number to our seller when making your purchase at the wine shop.

Important: For a purchase at the wine shop, the value of the gift card must be used in a single purchase.

Shipping costs not included:
For all orders in Luxembourg, if your order exceeds EUR 150, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, we will apply a flat rate of EUR 10 which will automatically be added to the total of your order. If you wish, you can pick up your order at the Bernard-Massard Vinothèque, 22 Route du Vin in Grevenmacher.
For all other countries, delivery fees are calculated according to weight and delivery address.

Our Terms of Business

Get free delivery in Luxembourg for orders equal to or greater than 150€ (incl. VAT). A lump sum of 10€ (incl. VAT) will be billed in addition for orders below 150€ (incl. VAT).
Delivery is only possible for complete cases.
For orders above 200 bottles, please contact us for a personalised offer.
