Discreet fruit aromas (grapefruit, apple, banana) and amylic notes on the nose.

The fine balance between the acidity of the wine and the hint of residual sugar makes for a lovely mouth structure, sustained by the mineral notes from the Moselle valley.

Excellent with food, an Auxerrois can be served with any course and is the perfect partner for asparagus.

It is also a lovely aperitif wine.
