Ordering process
Step 1

To buy an item, you simply click on the 'Add' button to the right of the product you want.

You can, of course, buy different items at the same time. The contents of your cart are always shown on the left of your screen.

Step 2

Once your cart is filled with the items you want, you just click on the 'My cart' button above the summary of your purchases (on the left of your screen).

If you want to order several of the same product, you simply select another quantity from the pulldown menu, level with the product in question. Please note that certain products are sold only in lots (for example, 12 bottles at a time).

If you wish to remove an item from your cart, click on the icon to the extreme right of the screen, level with the product concerned.

To go ahead with your order, click on the 'Order' button on the right at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3

If you have already ordered from the Bernard-Massard Shop, simply identify yourself with your username and password that you registered before.

Otherwise, we invite you to register by clicking on the link at the top of the page. Follow the instructions on the registration page and then click the 'Continue' button.

Step 4

Before you confirm your order, please check your personal details. If you see any errors, just click on the 'Amend your details' button and you will be directed to an editing form.

The default delivery address is the same as the billing address. However, you can choose another address by clicking on the 'Change your delivery address' button. This form also enables you to specify a preferred time for the delivery service to call (morning or afternoon) and to add a message if you have bought the product as a gift.

Step 5

Once you have completed all these steps, click on the 'Confirm order' button to finally submit your order.
