This variety originated from mutations of Pinot Noir.
Medium-sized leaves with three barely distinguishable lobes and blunted serrations.
Medium-sized, rather compact bunches of pinkish-grey, slightly egg-shaped grapes with medium-thick skins.
Ripens medium late.

Tasting notes:
Round, with medium to full body and soft acidity.

Serving suggestions:
Pleasant, but with enough character to drink throughout the meal.
Serve at 8-10° C.

Ageing:
Best within 4 years of purchase.
