Medium-sized leaves with three barely distinguishable lobes and blunted serrations.

Ripens relatively late.

Tasting notes:
Fine, subtle wine with good body and an aroma of white flowers.

Serving suggestions:
Goes perfectly with many fish dishes.
Serve at 8-10° C.

Ageing:
Best within 4 years of purchase.
